Text to World: Disney After Dark
I am reading the book Disney After Dark by Ridley Pearson. This book is about five teenagers who get jobs as DHI, which means Disney Host Interactions, and Daylight Hologram Imaging. It seems like a normal job until at night, Finn has a dream where he is in the Magic Kingdom, and he meets this old Imagineer. The Imagineer tells Finn that the Magic Kingdom is in danger of the Overtakers, and only Finn and the other DHI can stop them. Eventually, the DHI's all come to the park at night, and they find out the truth and secrets of Walt Disney World. Soon, they will have to go look for clues around the park to find a way to destroy the Overtakers.
In Disney After Dark, it takes place in Walt Disney World. Well, Walt Disney World is a real place, and so are the rides. In the book, the DHI's are holograms made to look like the characters. WDW they use holograms on the rides, and for shows. Also, people can already go around WDW at night. Its a night pass that allows you to go on rides at night.
It would be amazing if WDW did make DHI, but without the magic. Maybe one day in the future one of us could be directing people around WDW. Jez/Jess was my least favorite character, even if she was mean because of a spell. I also don't like how they made Jez/Jess related to someone.
