I am reading Blackwatch by Jenna Burtenshaw and is a sequel to shadow cry.This book is about a girl named Kate winters,who was born with a power she can't even control and for that people either lock her up or use her as a weapon.Kate so far was framed for murder and was locked up but soon then her friend named Edgar had helped her get away.Meanwhile a man named Silas Dane who's linked to Kate on good terms but,he is also known to be a murder and traitor was being hunted by the Blackwatch,but then get's caught.Then Silas get's information that Kate was being hunted by the blackwatch and now escapes to find his dear friend. How i had a strong connection to the book is,even through i may not have been born with powers,but i do like how the theme is because i would write stories even though they weren't good or any thing and the character Kate reminds me of similar stories i read and written before like the super powered people w...
