I am reading the book Ellie's Story by W. Bruce Cameron. Usually I do not read books because I am not interested in them, but this book caught my eye and I find it very interesting. In this book you see through the eyes of a German Shepard and what being a police dog really means. However this is not the Silly Puppy Adventures you may think this is, It is realistic and based off of real things a K-9 would do.Throughout the story Ellie works with Jakob who is an adult male police officer. Sadly they are not together the whole time in the book, Ellie gets a new owner but why would the perfect partners split up? Who does Ellie go to and is she still a police dog? Don't ask me ask the book by reading it! In this book there are about eight-teen chapters, the book is also A Dogs Purpose Novel.
