Knucklehead by Jon Scieszka

The book I'm reading is Knucklehead by Jon Scieszka. This book is about Jon Scieszka in his childhood. The book is about Jon, Jim, Tom, Gregg, Brian, Jeff, Shirly, and Louis Scieszka. The six brothers although biological, always fight against each other (sometimes together and other times free for all). At one point, Jon and Jim thought the heater in their room was like a fire. But they thought that it would go out like their father taught them to put out fires! Pee on it, yeah that didn't work out to well.

I reconnect the text to world by siblings whom fight a lot. Sibling rivalry often happens before the younger child is born, it is because most attention leaves the older sibling and new toys mostly go to the baby. Other times when siblings are around the same age, they tend to fight about competition or even jealousy. Sometimes kids should just remember their talents that their other sibling doesn't have and forget what they're doing better than you. Finally, don't forget your sibling loves you and just feels jealous sometimes, so try not get too harsh on them.

One thing I just can't seem to believe is that Jon and Jim (urinated according to their nurse mom) peed on the heater in their room and when their mom asked if they needed the heater they would say they didn't need it. Something else that I noticed is that for their dad being a school principal, they were very mischievous. This story teaches that you should not be too rude or upsetting to your family members. Finally, I like when Jon wrote about the nativity scene and them putting their army men behind the scene to make it look "more realistic". This is what I think about the book Knucklehead.
