Text to Text:The hunger games

                        I'm reading the book The hunger games by, Suzanne Collins.This book is all about life lessons that you should learn by it,this book is showing you things you you should not do and why.She makes it so addicting to read once you start you don't want to stop.it's all about the action and the mystery's and problem solving puzzles etc.
             Katniss Everdeen reminds me because we both look after are siblings and we would do anything to keep them alive.You would die to keep them alive and we want them to have a better live then we do.  Finnick  reminds me of somebody i know because they are not scared to die there not scared to talk back they would be the strong.And end up going crazy of wanting to go to war.the seen when they said Delly had a pasty-face???

      what does that even mean to say that i began to think that they were going to pick on each other for every little thing that happens but then a little bit farther through the book they started to get better and they figured out how to work together and figure things out .I wonder why they named the book the hunger games it it fighting for food or something like that.I'm not sure why they are doing this war is it to save there family or something

Text to World- Holes

     I am reading Holes  by Louis Sachar. The story I am reading is about a boy named Stanley Yelnats. This boy was convicted for a crime he supposedly did not do; he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The crime was "stealing" shoes from a baseball player, and he was going to donate his shoes. Stanley said they just landed on his head one day while going home. Therefore, no one believed his story at court, so they gave him the choice of jail or "Camp Green Lake". This camp was for bad boys that needed to recover from their actions. All of these children have to dig a hole that is 5 feet deep and 5 feet wide.      The conflict in this story relates to history and today because many kids/adults are punished for a crime they never actually committed.            I am reading The Maze Runner by James Dashner. This book's genre is post-apocalyptic. This book is about a teen named Thomas who came to this mysterious place called the Glades. He does not know where and why he is there. Thomas does not also know anything about his life anymore; he is completely clueless. Now that Thomas has been at the Glades for a while, he now knows there is a large maze with bad things inside. Thomas is not allowed to go inside the maze. However, Thomas said he wants to participate in being a runner.            The character Thomas reminds me of one of my friends because she is very outgoing.
